Tell us where it is (Step 2)

Once your file is on the web send us an email with a link to your content and we will review the image from there.

Due to the enormous amount of Spam all submissions must have the subject "Fanzone".

If you feel that you need to email us the file then please send all material to for consideration. Picture files must be less than 1mb. Not all photographs will be used but we will try to get as many as we can up on the site.

*Note :

For legal purposes you must own the rights to the photograph/video/file and by sending the link to photograph/video/file you unreservedly agree to allow us (Sports Digital media) to use the material you send in and that you own the material.

Image/Video Disputes.

In most cases Sports Digital Media do not put video or image the content on the internet. If content has been used within our site it has either been sent to us or we have been directed to the image by the owner.

Images on the photo sharing website Flickr that do not make use of the "spaceball" copyright protection are frequently copied from site to site as they were not orginally "spaceball" protected but are nevertheless sent to us through links or in emails. Ownership of such images is difficult to ascertain so where possible we put the name of the Flickr account on to the image as this will be considered by us to be the primary owner of the content.

Should you be the legal owner of the image/video and wish to dispute the ownership of the material or have it removed from our pages please contact us and we will investigate our orginal source. Where possible we will gladly remove all copyrighted material. Due to the enormous amount of email that we get we do not keep all records files/links sent to us.

Youtube videos are uploaded by third parties and include in our pages with the use of javascript or Iframe. Generally speaking double clicking on the content will sent you to a page which has information on the party who uploaded the content. We do not host Youtube content.
